At Authentic Goth, we value every customer and we stand behind the quality of our pieces.If something is not as expected — whether the item doesn’t fit or arrives damaged — we are here to assist you and find the best solution together.
Return Policy
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
You can choose between:
- Exchange for another size or item, or
- Store credit (gift card) equal to the value of the item returned
Once your return arrives at our facility, we will inspect it and notify you. If approved, the exchange or store credit will be processed as soon as possible.
Items that are worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged by the customer may not qualify for an exchange or full credit.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at authentic.professionel@gmail.comwith:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item clearly showing the issue (damage, defect, or fit problem)
After reviewing your request, our team will let you know the options available and provide you with return instructions if your case is approved.
Please pack the item securely in the original packaging if possible. All products should be returned in good condition to ensure smooth processing.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged during return transit.
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans sometimes change. We can cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours:
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must go through our Returns & Exchanges process.
- If only part of the order has shipped, the remaining unshipped items will be cancelled and refunded.
- If the order has not shipped yet, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If payment was made using a discount or promotion code, the refund will apply to the amount paid after the discount, not the original item price.
If there are any issues or questions regarding a cancellation, our customer service team will support you until the matter is resolved.
Refunds
Refunds or store credit are processed once we receive and inspect your returned item.
Store credit (gift card) is generally issued within 5–7 business days after the return is received. Refunds to the original payment method are subject to your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
If an item has not been shipped or delivered within 30 days, you may choose between:
- A refund minus shipping costs, or
- A replacement item of the same value.
Any returned items that do not comply with our policies (for example, used, damaged, or missing tags) may affect the refund or credit amount.
