PAYMENT:

What payment method do you accept?

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay and Paypal. All payments are processed through a secured checkout process.

What currency is your store in?

  • All payments are made in POUND STERLING. Your bank will convert your total to your currency after your payment has been processed.

When can I expect an email response?

  • Allow 24-48 hours for a response. Emails are answered in the order it was placed during operating business days.
  • Please include full name, detailed message and order number if available.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

I ordered two items, why did I only receive one?

  • Some of our orders are shipped separately. If you have ordered multiple items and have not received all the items, please do not email us. Your remaining items are on their way. Please allow the shipping times above to receive your entire order.

Why does my tracking info say invalid/not available/not found?

  • Allow up to 24-72 hours for the post office to update.
  • At times, tracking may not be available in select countries.
