If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund
We value our consumers and are willing to assist them. Please review our return, exchange, and refund policies.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return it to us. Customers of Ambassadors now have the option of choosing between two return options:
1- You have the option of receiving free return shipping, money back to your bank account, or store credit ( GIFT CARD that is the same value of the items).
2- Refund with a return shipping fee to your original payment method.
We will evaluate your returned item after we receive it and notify you that it has been received. After inspecting the item, we will inform you of the status of your refund.
We will initiate a refund for you if your return is approved.
REFUNDS:
Depending on your card issuer's restrictions, it may take up to 5-7 business days for your store credit to be issued once your return is received.
If the item is not shipped within 30 days, you will receive a refund minus the shipping costs, or we will send you another item of your choice with the same value as the one that was lost.
Any returned items that do not comply with our policies will be discarded, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven't gotten a refund, first check your bank account and bank statement, then contact your bank; the refund may take some time to appear on your account.

I GOT MY ORDER AND SOMETHING'S WRONG, WHAT SHOULD I DO? HELP ME!
Don't worry, just contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. If you got a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us with photos and your order number.
We can't reimburse you if you purchase the wrong size, but we'll gladly send you another one in your size in exchange for the ones you already ordered!
Products returned by someone other than the buyer are rejected, we only accept returns from the person who bought the item, a verification might be demanded.
The satisfaction of our customers is our ultimate purpose.
